Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about my Gold Coast massage therapy service in Surfers Paradise (Chevron Island). Please contact me if you have a question that I haven’t covered here or you would like to make a booking.
Where are you located?
I am located upstairs in Somerset House within Suite L at 57 Thomas Drive, Chevron Island, just over the bridge from Surfers Paradise.
Do you have parking on site?
While I don’t have my own dedicated car park for clients, there is both free 2-hour on-street parking on Thomas Drive and also free parking in the Council car park on Karloo Street.
What are your business hours?
I am currently open 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday from 9am-5pm by appointment only (please note: my last appointment for the day finishes no later than 5pm – unless special arrangements have been made).

- 60 minute massage – $110
- 90 minute massage – $150
- 2 hour massage – $200
Do you have any massage specials?
Yes, I do offer these from time to time. If there is a current massage special, details will be on my home page.
Do you do mobile massage?
No. All massage treatments are performed on-site in my beautifully appointed massage suite.
Do you do couples massage?
Not at the same time, as I work on my own. However, I do lots of couples one after the other in back-to-back sessions. There’s several cafes, bars, and boutique shops on Chevron Island that you can enjoy while waiting for your treatment or while waiting for your partner to finish theirs. Alternatively, you are also welcome to wait in our comfortable, air-conditioned reception area.
Do you offer health fund rebates?
No, I do not currently offer health fund rebates.
Do you offer any kind of guarantee for your treatments?
Yes. I am confident that you will love your massage with me or you won’t pay a cent.
What is your cancellation policy?
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
Please note at time of making your appointment you will be asked to provide a Credit Card Number to secure your booking.
Your Credit Card will not be charged unless it is for a Cancellation charge as indicated in my Cancellation / Rescheduling / No show Policy.
You are then welcome to pay by your preferred method of payment whether that is Cash, Credit Card or EFTPOS at the time of your treatment.
CANCELLATION /RESCHEDULING / NO-SHOW POLICY
You may cancel or reschedule your massage appointment without charge, 24 hours or more before your appointment commences.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment commences will incur a 50% charge of my basic massage rate based on the length of treatment booked (e.g 1hr $110 = $55.00 Cancellation Fee).
Same-day cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment commences will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Cancellations can be made via phone during business hours or via text 24 hours a day on 0407 774 552.
In the event that you do not officially cancel your appointment and you fail to show up you will incur a 100% charge.
Gift voucher bookings that cancel within 24 hours of the treatment start time will result in the gift voucher(s) being forfeited. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable nor redeemable for cash but can be transferred to another person.
